We are seeking a Plant Manager to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our construction materials production plant. Responsibilities Provide oversight and guidance to plant personnel, including operators, technicians, and maintenance staff Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements Monitor and analyze plant performance, including production, quality, and cost Collaborate with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure plant success Manage plant risks and implement mitigation strategies Drive innovation and continuous improvement in plant operations and management practices Provide leadership and mentorship to plant teams Other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field 7 years of experience in construction materials production or related industry, including 2 years of management experience Demonstrated track record of successful plant management and operational excellence Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities The contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
